Administrative Assistant/ Sales and Marketing Coordinator December 2017

Job Description
Administrative support required, but not limited to:
Prepare reports, memos, letters, project registrations and other documents, using existing in-house forms, word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
Scheduling/coordinating meetings, travel, trade shows, and other company events.
Act as the point of contact between departments to ensure all requests are being coordinated and handled properly.
Managing, maintaining, properly interpreting and distributing company reports/forms/or pricelists to appropriate parties.
Maintain inventory of marketing materials/ catalogues/giveaways/samples
(deliverables), etc.
Answering/screening calls and emails daily and distributing as necessary to the appropriate parties.
Overall assistance with other company projects/duties
as needed. Qualifications
Relevant corporate level experience of a minimum of 3 years preferably in a marketing/sales environment.
Excellent written/oral/interpersonal communication skills are a must as this person will also serve as liaison between departments to ensure effective and seamless communication amongst all.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks/projects and meet demanding deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications, specifically, Excel, Word, Outlook.
Professional maturity, poise and integrity in all day-to-day interactions with other department employees, senior management, as well as numerous vendors, sales representatives and
customers.
Demonstrate the utmost diplomacy and discretion in the handling of confidential documents and internal information.
Exhibits the drive and confidence to take initiative and anticipate team needs.
Proficiency in English with knowledge of Spanish a plus.
