The Brand Manager, Season Pass is responsible for helping Vail Resorts grow season pass sales. This position will develop marketing strategies to grow awareness about the season pass offerings, have a deep understanding of why guests buy season passes, and how to secure commitment before the beginning of the ski season.
The ideal leader for this role will have experience in developing go-to-market plans to drive awareness and sales for a lifestyle product. They will have extensive experience in establishing data-driven KPI’s and using metrics to drive decision making.
Ownership and accountability for regional unit sales
Ongoing results tracking, investigation, analysis and communicating key successes and opportunities to stakeholders
Prioritize business needs and qualify opportunities
Deliver key presentations to upper management and provide regular reports on the status of the business
Plan, track, and adjust regional budgets based on business needs and performance
Drive mid and short-term marketing strategy and tactics for region
Develop and execute all marketing initiatives for region
Lead internal teams, partners and key stakeholders to drive results for region
Develop and execute new ideas to meet growth objectives for your region
Collaborate with Resort teams within region to drive collective success
Ongoing competition tracking, reporting, and developing plans to stay ahead of competitions
Collaborate with other team members to stay true to Epic brand standards and campaign
Lead and develop direct report
Help all other team members meet their goals
Minimum requirements:
Four-year college degree required. Emphasis in marketing, business preferred.
Five years of marketing work experience.
Previous supervisory experience.
Preferred Skills:
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
